Catchlight runs proprietary scoring + enrichment models trained on advisor-specific conversion data. You don't pick a model — the differentiator is the data quality and the FA-tuned conversion-likelihood predictions, not raw model capability.

Compliance gotchas

  • Prospect data Catchlight returns includes inferred financial signals (likely assets, investment interests) — treat these as planning hypotheses, not verified facts; never reference them directly to the prospect (which can come across as creepy).
  • Catchlight's Fidelity Labs lineage means the platform is compliance-aware, but verify the data-handling and prospect-consent posture against your firm's IT/compliance review — particularly relevant if your firm operates in a strict privacy-jurisdiction state (California, etc.).
  • The AI-generated outreach copy is suggestive content — your firm's marketing-review process applies before sending. Don't auto-send Catchlight copy to client-facing email channels without a review gate.
